We use your data to set up your account, provide legal guidance, send updates, and improve our service. We only process data when it’s lawful and necessary.
Analytics and Diagnostics
We use analytics and diagnostic tools, including Google Firebase and AppsFlyer, to understand how users interact with the LawNeeds application, monitor performance, and improve our services. These tools may collect device information, usage data, and anonymous identifiers including advertising or device identifiers. Where required by law, we will request your consent before collecting analytics data. You may withdraw your consent at any time through your device or application settings.
Advertising and Attribution Providers
We use third-party services such as AppsFlyer and Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover our application. These providers may collect device identifiers, installation data, and usage events for attribution and analytics purposes. We do not sell your
personal data. These providers process data on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and, where required, your consent.
Data Sharing
We share data securely with approved providers like AWS and OpenAI. Your data is also shared with lawyers and law firms only when you request a referral.

Retention
Your data is kept only as long as necessary. For beta users, up to 12 months after the test ends, and for active users, until account deletion + 6 months.
