LawNeeds is a mobile-first legal services platform powered by artificial intelligence, helping users access clear legal guidance and connect with trusted lawyers when needed.

2. How does LawNeeds work?

In relation to the assistance required, we provide users with AI-generated legal guidance, alongside location-specific user referrals to the most appropriate IAA immigration adviser or SRA-regulated legal service provider (law firms and lawyers). We also assist legal professionals with select legal tasks through our use of artificial intelligence.

3. How do I start start using LawNeeds?

Sign up to LawNeeds mobile application and complete our registration which takes less than 3 minutes and start benefitting from legal assistance at your fingertips.

4. What country does LawNeeds operate in?

United Kingdom and precisely England at inception.

5. What legal areas does LawNeeds specialise in?

Immigration law focus at inception, with planned expansion to Employment law, Road Traffic Offences, and Family law.

6. What is LawNeeds pricing?

Access to the law and legal service providers should be a basic right available to everyone in the UK and so we provide a Basic model, alongside Express, Standard and Premium subscription models. Express is £4.99, Standard weekly subscription is £9.99, Standard monthly subscription is £24.99, and Standard annual subscription for £99.99. Premium monthly subscription is £44.99, and Premium annual subscription for £199.99.

7. Do I still require a lawyer after getting advice from LawNeeds AI legal adviser?

Although we pride ourselves greatly in the accuracy and appropriateness of our Support Assistant, in relation
to its provision of compliant AI-generated legal guidance, we encourage our users to substantiate the legal guidance they receive with second opinion legal advice from regulated legal service providers on our platform or otherwise.

8. Can LawNeeds guarantee the outcome of a case?

No, LawNeeds can’t guarantee the outcome of a case. It would be unethical to do so and also dishonest.

9. How will I communicate with a lawyer on LawNeeds?

Through our encrypted in-app chatbot, we seamlessly refer users to online lawyers who meet the requirements of the users case for in-app consultations in the inbox chatbot. In the unlikely event of there being no lawyer online,
through our “Request Service” function, users have the option to leave additional notes (including voice notes and attachments) with an offline lawyer who will revert back at their earliest convenience.

10. What are the lawyer response times on LawNeeds?

For users on any of our subscription models, we aim to provide immediate response times, although we advice users to allow for 24 to 72 hours. For users on our free model, the response time is at the discretion of the pro-bono service provider, as they are providing a free service.
